The Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) in Fergus Falls Minnesota is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Co-Occurring Disorders Intern. This integrated role is designed for a licensed mental health professional completing their alcohol and drug counseling practicum, bridging residential treatment and systemic transitions support. You will provide direct care and diagnostic assessment for individuals in a residential setting and, as a part of the Direct Care & Treatment Transitions team.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree is social work
+ Currently licensed in Minnesota as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW)
+ Be enrolled in an alcohol and drug studies program with an accredited college or university program at the bachelor's or advanced degree level
+ Candidate must have completed introductory coursework in substance abuse theories and practices or individual and group counseling skills coursework.

Direct Care & Treatment (DCT) healthcare facilities require employees to provide documentation that they are free from tuberculosis (TB) through a blood test prior to employment. DCT does not accept TB skin testing.
