    Position Purpose

    At PFG, We Deliver the Goods for our associates. As Corporate Benefits Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring associates across our family of companies feel supported and valued. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, innovation and exceptional service. Reporting to the Director of Benefits & Wellness, you’ll solve problems, streamline processes and educate employees—all while managing and developing a high-performing team. This important role will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our benefits offerings remain competitive, compliant and tailored to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.

    Position Responsibilities

    + Administer and optimize employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave administration and retirement)

    + Ensure all benefits offerings comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

    + Drive process innovation and excellence with technology forward solutions

    + Evaluate and manage relationships with benefits providers and drive the delivery of high-quality services

    + Educate employees about benefits options, assisting during enrollment, and addressing related inquiries to ensure understanding and engagement.

    + Analyze the costs of benefit programs, monitoring budgets, and proposing adjustments to maintain financial sustainability

    + Conduct surveys and researching trends to keep the company’s benefits competitive within its industry.

    + Handle issues related to benefits administration, such as claims disputes or compliance challenges.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    Required Education: Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

    Work Experience:

    • 5 - 7 Years Related experience

    • 6 Months - 1 Year Supervisory or management experience

    Required Qualifications:

    • Benefits administration, total rewards, or related HR function experience.

    • Proven expertise in managing complex benefits programs, such as health insurance plans, retirement benefits, and wellness initiatives.

    • Experience working with third-party benefits providers and negotiating vendor contracts.

    • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

    • Ability to evaluate and analyze benefits costs and propose cost-effective solutions.

    • Experience addressing benefits-related challenges and resolving issues efficiently.

    • Ability to explain benefit plans clearly to employees and collaborate with leadership teams.

    • Experience managing relationships with service providers to ensure the quality of programs and services.
