    + Copy data and compile records and reports.

    + Tabulate and post data in record books.

    + Record orders for merchandise or service.

    + Operate computer terminal to input and retrieve data.

    + Operate office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.

    + Open and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

     

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience

     

    + High School Diploma required

    + Minimum 1 year experience performing clerical and office administrative duties required

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

     

    + Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    + Multi-tasking with a strong attention to detail
