Drive service logistics excellence by shaping and delivering high-performance regional parts supply capabilities that directly impact patient care.
Your role:
+ As part of our newly formed Regional Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) team, you will lead the strategic design and deployment of regional SPS capabilities in alignment with our global vision.
+ You'll collaborate closely with Regional Service Delivery teams and the Global SPS Architecture group to ensure best-in-class service part availability and logistics execution.
+ This role is pivotal in shaping the future of SPS operations through continuous improvement initiatives and cross-regional project deployment.
+ You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting the regional operations team with escalations, improvement planning, and productivity initiatives.
+ Located regionally with potential travel as needed, this role offers the opportunity to influence both global strategy and local execution.
You're the right fit if:
+ You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including at least 3 years in global project or program roles; experience in service logistics is highly preferred.
+ Your skills include business process design, LEAN principles, supplier development, and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural initiatives.
+ You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an effective communicator with a customer-first mindset, committed to ethical practices and continuous improvement, and comfortable influencing teams across global and regional boundaries.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $109,500 to $175,200
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
