    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a support-focused professional to assist with referential data operations in a trading environment. This role centers around managing and supporting securities datasuch as equities and bondsusing third-party tools like RIMES, which helps traders create and price instruments like APPLE or Wells Fargo. The candidate will handle referential topic inquiries, track incidents and requests, and provide hands-on support for data creation and maintenance. While this is not a full business analyst role, the teams mission is to help traders by ensuring referential data is accurate and accessible. The position is approximately 90% support and 10% project work, with documentation handled in tools like Confluence and issue tracking through ServiceNow.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ years of experience with a strong interest in understanding what a security is, what a bond is, and how referential data works in a financial context.

     

    Experience working at or with a competitor to RIMES (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit) is highly desirable.

     

    Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for tracking and managing support requests. Experience or knowledge in Foreign Exchange (FX). null
