Job Description
The Global Compensation team is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who will focus on Equity, Cash, and IBM Employee Stock Purchase (ESPP) programs.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the deployment, administration, and compliance of our global equity, cash plan and ESPP plans. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, People, Data Analytics, and Payroll, as well as external partners to administer our programs.
This is a critical role that requires a base understanding of equity compensation, strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving skills, relationship building across many stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.

Skills and Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
5-7 years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
