Tasks:
+ **Check the mail and assign requests to the team based on priority:**
+ Identify state and type of request (parts, labor, both) for dealership applications, and prioritize them for specialist review
+ Conduct market area surveys to evaluate the fairness of requests
+ Analyze and prioritize incoming requests based on which have the highest potential to deliver savings
+ For requests with low opportunity potential where mandated time commitments can't be met, recommend "fast track" solutions to bring savings
+ **Process requests in any spare time:**
+ Serve as backup to the existing Rate Review Specialist covering the 49 states during quieter times
+ Offer timely and accurate solutions while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

+ Able to make numerical and financial calculations (e.g., to determine the percentage of a requested increase)

+ With training, be able to:
+ Use Excel spreadsheets to manipulate data (including functions, filters, sort, v-lookup, etc.)
+ Read and interpret state laws regarding the warranty labor reimbursement rate between manufacturers and dealers
+ Read and interpret technicians' cause and correction comments on repair orders (to determine what type of repair has been performed to the vehicle)
+ Verify that parts invoiced on the repair order logically relate to the repair described
_Eligibility Requirements_
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
+ **Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, daily**
+ Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time
_Nice to Have_
+ General knowledge of automotive systems / parts / repairs
+ Solid spoken and written communication skills
