Job Description

Conduct bug triage and SLA management for firmware/software engineering teams including driving

resolution.

Manage feature intake & prioritization for wearables firmware and software.

Allocate, organize, and manage logistics for prototype devices across the US and Europe.

Drive QA, engineering, and product management teams to ensure features are planned, implemented,

and verified correctly.

Support release management and ship room activities.

Skills and Requirements

Technical background, whether it be in development, quality assurance, TPM, or similar.

Hardware experience - preferably around consumer devices; personal experience with Arduino,

ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or similar hobbyist platforms is also great.

Previous experience collaborating with engineering teams and QA.

Basic logistics management, in technical fields or otherwise. null
