    Job Description

    Insight Global client in the Energy Utilities Industry is looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to work at one of their Power Plants in the Tampa Bay area. The Engineering and Maintenance Manager leads a team of engineers, maintenance experts, admin staff, and contractors to plan and support maintenance work. Their goal is to keep the station running safely, efficiently, and reliably while meeting all performance requirements

    Skills and Requirements

    A four-year degree from an ABET accredited university or college

     

    5+ years of experience working in power plants, specifically in technical support, maintenance, or operations.

     

    3-5+ years of leadership experience, either managing people directly or leading projects in those same areas. A bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering

     

    Professional Engineering License

     

    10+ years of experience working in power plants, specifically in technical support, maintenance, or operations.

     

    8+ years of leadership experience, either managing people directly or leading projects in those same areas. null
