Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Functional Infor LN ERP Consultant. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions using Infor LN. This role involves functional analysis, configuration, testing, and support of ERP modules, particularly in manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and planning domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Recommend and implement optimal business processes and best practices using Infor LN ERP.

Configure and test ERP modules to meet client-specific needs.

Conduct functional assessments in purchasing, planning, manufacturing and engineering.

Support full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live activities.

Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide ongoing support.

Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training.

Liaise between business users and technical teams to define customizations.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

36 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP systems.

Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and/or planning modules.

Experience in creating functional specifications and test cases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with Baan ERP (predecessor to Infor LN).

Knowledge of data migration, transformation, and validation.

Familiarity with project management methodologies. null
