Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Trello)
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and budgeting
Customer service experience
