About the Role:
As a CBRE Investor Asset Management Sr, Analyst you will evaluate and present complex data that will assist with managing, exploiting, and redeveloping portfolios in order to maximize growth.
This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. They are responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
+ Optimize advanced cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels and cash control.
+ Review high-value performance fees, cost reductions, and value growth by optimizing rental income to lower the risk profile.
+ Evaluate market data and assist with developing marketing and property management strategies. Reposition properties to increase their future value.
+ Work with Sr. property accountants to create asset management reports. Assess the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the portfolio manager, and make recommendations.
+ Provide input for the property valuations process and carefully check valuations.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Manage by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
