    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder

    **Location:** Freeburg, IL

    Pay Range: $22/hr

    **Shift:** First Shift: 6am-3:30pm, occasional Saturday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Create quality welds according to blueprints.

    + Inspect welds for accuracy and ensure quality standards are met.

    + Prepare products for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts.

    + Change wire and perform necessary adjustments to welding equipment.

    + Maintain a clean work area and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. frequently and 40-60 lbs. occasionally.

    + Good hand and eye coordination, along with sufficient manual dexterity to operate welding equipment.

    + Ability to read and follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.

    + Must be able to pass the respiratory test per OSHA requirement.
