Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Manager

**Location:** Millbrae, CA

Pay Range:

**Shift:** 9am - 5:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

+ Assign work to direct reports and handle low-level personnel issues.

+ Document and deliver staff performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.

+ Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper resource allocation.

+ Provide training and guidance to staff on operational procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of an associate degree or 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and World Courier operating systems.

+ Ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.

+ Strong leadership skills to train, coach, and motivate team members.

+ Ability to multi-task and manage stressful situations as they arise.
