Our client, a leading organization in the analytics industry, is seeking an Analytics Consultant to join their team. As an Analytics Consultant, you will be part of the Data Analytics department supporting Sales and Client Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Analytics Consultant

**Location:** West Des Moines, IA / Charlotte,NC / Phoenix/Chandler, AZ /Irving, TX

**Pay Range:** $53 - $55/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

+ Build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.

+ Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

+ Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

+ Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases.

+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while synthesizing large datasets into executive-level summaries.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in **Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.com.**

+ Strong ability to navigate complex data environments and integrate diverse data sources.

+ Experience in developing analytical tools and reporting systems.

+ Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

+ Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
