    Our local client is seeking a Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As a accounts payable clerk, you will be part of the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external departments which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Account Payable Specialist

     

    Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices

    + Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner

    + Use QBO’s AI capabilities to automate vendor bill entry and streamline AP workflows

    + Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for verification and approval

    + Manage payment runs, including check processing, ACH, and wire transfers

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

    + Experience working in a multi-location or multi-entity environment

    + Experience with QuickBooks; QuickBooks Online preferred

    + Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
