Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Newport, NC

**Pay Range:** $11.00/hr. upon hire, Worker will qualify for increases every 3 months up to $14.00/hr.!!!

Shift: 1st 7:00am-3:30pm OR 2nd 3:45pm-12:15am (Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Taping splices

+ Pulling sheets of veneer according to order specifications

+ Counting and double-checking quality

+ Inspect and maintain workspace for compliance with safety requirements

What's Needed?

+ Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently

+ Frequent standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, and lifting

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
