Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the assembly line team supporting the production of high-quality bumpers for major automotive brands. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Brownstown, MI

Pay Range:

Starting at $17.50/hour with scheduled raises at 3 months & 6 months

Shift:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM start

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM start

(Shifts may run 10–12 hours depending on production needs)

What's the Job?

+ Assemble bumper components on a fast-paced production line using hand tools.

+ Maintain consistent workflow and meet cycle time KPIs at your assigned station.

+ Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

+ Lift and move parts weighing up to 30–35 lbs as needed.

+ Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

What's Needed?

+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.

+ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.
