• Production Worker Day and Night Shift

    Our client, on the Westside of Jacksonville is seeking Production Line Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a fast paced line in a manufacturing or packing environment and the ability to work a 2 day on, 2 day off, 3 day on 12 hour shift rotation which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Production Line Worker

     

    Pay Range: starting at $15.75 for day shift, $17 for night

     

    Shift: 6AM - 6PM or 6PM to 6AM on a 2-2-3 rotation

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Use of tools and equipment, position or align components and parts, either manually or with hoists

    + Follow strict procedures and safety guidelines

    + Halt production when quality defects or equipment malfunctions are identified

    + Perform quality control checks on products

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + previous experience on an assembly line or in a manufacturing environment

    + ability to stand for long periods of time

    + attention to detail

    + ability to stand for 12 hours
