Our client, a dynamic leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting the Talent Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Recruiting Operations Coordinator

**Location:** Appleton, WI

**Pay Rate:** $35/hour

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate logistics for interview scheduling between candidates, supervisors, and the temp agency.

+ Facilitate onboarding activities from Day 1 through Week 2, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

+ Conduct or coordinate orientation sessions and ensure compliance with training documentation.

+ Support the on-the-job training process by documenting and streamlining procedures.

+ Maintain accurate tracking of new hire statuses, start dates, and early attrition risks.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or operations support.

+ Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.

+ Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.

+ High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Manufacturing experience preferred.
