We take pride in helping all Selling Partners, from established retailers to one-person start-ups, achieve their goals. Selling Partner API services team enable Selling Partners and third party solution providers to connect their solutions with Amazon through Selling Partner APIs (SP-APIs). Today, thousands of Selling Partners and Developers use these APIs to build tools for Selling Partners to manage and grow their business at scale. We want to ensure every incremental new investment in our technologies is based on keen insight and obsession with our customers.

We are looking for a candidate who will help shape this future. Specifically, we are looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and product development of the SP-API Platform. In this role, you will partner with external developers and various business groups in the organization, dive deep into Seller use cases and requirements, shape and drive the product strategy.

You will also set priorities and roadmap that focuses on Developer and Selling Partner experience, user adoption, and operational excellence.

The right individual will be a proven leader with drive and competencies to envision the right experience for Selling Partners, drive execution, and scale the product to match their demand

Key job responsibilities

* Driving the end state vision for the SP-API Platform

* Lead innovation, define & maintain the platform product roadmaps over a 3 year vision

* Work with in-house technology and business leaders as well as software teams to identify new features and projects

* Prioritize the features and projects based on their relevance

* Analyze the potential customer and financial impacts

* Evangelize new features to internal and external stakeholders, working to accelerate their adoption

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent quantitative skills. Strong SQL and Excel expertise to access and transform data into insights.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

- MBA from a top-tier institution with a focus on product management, operations, or technology

- Facility with writing business requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with track record of launching products that drive customer value

- Strong self-starter with proven results in both corporate and startup environments

- Experience developing or product managing APIs
