    Description

    A growing, innovation-driven organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Data Management & Strategy team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position blends administrative support, content development, and strategic communications to enhance data literacy and engagement throughout the organization. Ideal candidates are creative communicators who can translate complex topics into engaging, digestible content for diverse audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Internal Communications & Newsletters

    + Craft compelling newsletters that spotlight key data initiatives, progress updates, and success stories.

    + Collaborate with leadership on executive-level communication for stakeholders and senior leadership.

    + Ensure consistent tone, style, and visual branding across all communication assets.

    + Must have prior experience creating internal newsletters and corporate communications.

    2. Learning & Enablement

    + Design and manage Workday Learning modules to promote data governance, literacy, and tool adoption.

    + Translate technical topics into accessible and engaging learning materials in partnership with subject matter experts.

    + Measure content effectiveness and refine based on feedback and engagement analytics.

    3. Data Fluency & Engagement Campaigns

    + Curate and develop content for internal platforms to support enterprise-wide data fluency.

    + Produce infographics, quick reference guides, and explainer decks on data concepts and tools.

    + Support awareness campaigns for data initiatives, tools, and policies.

    4. Project Communications & Reporting

    + Maintain visual dashboards and summary updates for ongoing data projects and initiatives.

    + Assist in preparing materials for steering committees, functional leadership reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

    + Ensure consistent and timely communication across all project-related touchpoints.

    5. Team Operations & Coordination

    + Manage content calendars, document workflows, and review cycles for all deliverables.

    + Maintain version control and organized documentation of learning and communication assets.

    + Provide editorial and logistical support for team meetings, workshops, and events.

    Requirements

    ducation

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.

    Experience

    + 2+ years in a corporate communications, L& D, or data enablement role—preferably in a technical or data-driven environment.

    + Proven experience in creating internal newsletters and communication collateral.

     

    Technical Skills

     

    + Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

    + Familiarity with Workday Learning, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

    + Experience with visual design or instructional tools is a plus.

    + Basic understanding of data tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) is helpful but not required.
