Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk: III (Senior) to join our team on a contract basis in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. This hybrid role requires three days in the office each week and focuses on managing fleet asset records, coordinating with operations managers, and ensuring the accuracy of critical documentation. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Asset Sales Transfer Tracker to manage records of trailers, equipment, and other assets available for transfer or sale.

• Collaborate with Transportation Operations Managers to verify asset statuses, identify surplus equipment, and update availability records.

• Prepare necessary documentation for asset transfers and sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fleet Asset Manager approvals.

• Input transfer data into fleet systems to ensure accurate tracking of asset locations and statuses.

• Coordinate with internal teams to handle title and licensing documentation effectively.

• Support various fleet asset management tasks as needed to streamline operations.

• Communicate effectively with frontline teams to ensure seamless documentation and process management. Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, formatting, and formula creation.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to guidance from fleet leadership.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with operations teams and other stakeholders.

• Familiarity with asset management processes and transportation services.

• Experience in handling licensing and compliance-related documentation.
