    Description

    Are you a production designer with 1-2 years of experience looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our client's creative team for a part-time production design role.

    Position Details

    Employment Type: Part-time, contract (3-10 weeks), estimated 20 hours per week - potential for more

     

    Work Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite at a minimum in the Northwest Suburbs

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with the creative manager and team to produce visually engaging materials that enhance activities and programs.

    + Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create high-quality designs with quick turnaround times.

    + Design and resize promotional collateral, including flyers formatted for display, social media, and various other platforms.

    + Adhere to brand standards while incorporating playful, vibrant design elements.

    + Organize and manage design assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic or production design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    + Skills: Strong proficiency in Canva (including resizing and exporting assets), Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with iStock.

    + Detail-oriented with a proven ability to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.

    + Track record of designing collateral for events, campus initiatives, or similar projects.

    + Solid understanding of brand standards and ability to apply them creatively.

    + Ability to collaborate closely with the creative manager and other designers while working independently as needed.
