    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Bookkeeper to join our team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. This role will involve standard bookkeeping duties, including general accounting tasks and payroll processing, while allowing opportunities for cross-training to expand your skills.     Key Responsibilities:

    + General Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping duties for a variety of clients across different industries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

    + Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing tasks for multiple clients with accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Client Management: Maintain professional relationships with an assigned portfolio of approximately 17 clients, ensuring their financial needs and bookkeeping items are met timely.

    + Software Utilization: Work with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage client accounts efficiently.

    + Cross-Training & Collaboration: Participate in cross-training initiatives to enhance knowledge of best practices across industries and provide backup support as needed.

    Requirements

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is required.

    + Previous experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing is essential.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset for maintaining strong client relationships.

    + Ability to adapt to various industries and handle diverse client needs.
