    Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a detail-oriented Biller for a temporary assignment with a client located in Bridgeton, MO. This full-time, on-site role is available immediately due to an unexpected leave of absence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing high volumes of data entry and customer correspondence across multiple platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Enter billing data into multiple customer third-party billing portals

     

    Manage a shared email inbox by responding to customer questions and sending invoices to appropriate contacts

     

    Run daily freight reports and populate invoice details for release

     

    Perform credit adjustments and rebill processing as needed

     

    Work with Oracle as the primary billing system, as well as customer portals, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook

    Additional Details:

    Full-time hours, on-site in Bridgeton, MO

     

    Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM

     

    Business casual office environment

    • Proficiency in Oracle and other computerized billing systems.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

    • Familiarity with billing portals and customer platforms.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.

    • Effective communication skills for resolving customer billing issues.

    • Ability to work on-site in Bridgeton, Missouri as part of a contract role.
