    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention to detail. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while honing your customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and detail-oriented assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

    • Utilize video-based communication tools to engage with customers and deliver personalized support.

    • Offer guidance and support related to HealthCare.gov processes, ensuring customers understand their options.

    • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

    • Handle inquiries related to TRICARE benefits, providing clear information and resolving concerns.

    • Apply knowledge of R code to analyze customer data and enhance service strategies.

    • Use NIS systems to maintain accurate customer records and track service interactions.

    • Work closely with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

    • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate and reliable information. Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

    + 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment

    + Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products

    + 18 years of age or older

    + Ability to work the following hours:

    + Monday through Friday 7:30am – 7:30pm CST and rotating Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm CST
