Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. This is a short-term contract position with an opportunity for conversion where you will play a pivotal role in managing client projects, preparing marketing materials, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Develop and design marketing presentations to support client and broker interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and maintain effective communication.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and document organization.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all client-facing materials and reports.
• Provide support for real estate professionals through operational and marketing assistance.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Support the creation of visual content using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
