Description We are looking for a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Frisco, Texas. This role involves ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, particularly in the Medicare Advantage space, while supporting key compliance initiatives and investigations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of organizational activities to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laws.

• Review and update policies and procedures to align with current regulatory requirements.

• Perform research on healthcare regulations, including Medicare Advantage guidelines, to support compliance efforts.

• Analyze data related to billing, coding, and other operational areas to detect potential compliance risks.

• Assist in auditing and monitoring programs to evaluate the organization's compliance levels.

• Support investigations into potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and ethical practices.

• Stay informed of changes in healthcare regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or a similarly regulated environment.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations and healthcare compliance standards.

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and assess compliance risks.

• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

• Solid organizational and project management skills to handle multiple compliance-related tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and recommend actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with auditing and monitoring practices within the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
