    Our Client is seeking a dedicated Complex Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury and complex commercial cases, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support trial preparation and legal processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom support.

    • Draft, review, and electronically file legal documents in state and federal courts.

    • Coordinate subpoena requests and manage the retrieval of third-party records.

    • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure smooth legal operations.

    • Organize and analyze documents for discovery, pleadings, and motions.

    • Conduct factual research and draft correspondence as needed.

    • Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, evidence, and witness lists, and attend trials to provide hands-on support.

    • Manage e-discovery processes and oversee document production using legal technology tools.

    • Utilize software such as Relativity, LiveNote, CaseMap, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director to streamline legal workflows.

    • Accurately record billable hours using systems like InTapp.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in commercial/complex litigation.

    • Strong communication skills combined with excellent organizational abilities.

    • Proficiency in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is required.

    • Familiarity with legal software tools, including Relativity and trial preparation platforms.

    • Knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation best practices.

    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
