Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee the human resources functions of our organization in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will excel in employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring the workforce aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Manage benefit functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance workforce planning and talent acquisition.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and knowledge of HR policies.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the HR department.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.

• Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in managing benefit functions, including health and retirement plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification is a plus.
