Description

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of the accounting and financial operations to ensure organizational success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, oversee compliance, and drive financial excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and present both internal and external financial statements in alignment with organizational standards.

• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Lead the planning and execution of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

• Oversee cash flow forecasting and manage relationships with banking institutions.

• Provide data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including pricing strategies and capital investments.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the organization's accounting systems and reporting capabilities.

• Recruit, train, and manage accounting staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong understanding of general ledger and cost accounting.

• Expertise in financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective internal controls.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and tools.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
