    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity for growth and development within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to obtaining necessary certifications to advance into an agent role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inbound and outbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

    • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations, including Midtown and Southaven.

    • Prepare for insurance certification exams by studying after hours and completing required training.

    • Take a personality assessment to evaluate suitability for the position and participate in follow-up interviews.

    • Complete background checks as required by State Farm to ensure compliance.

    • Learn and adapt to company procedures for transitioning into an agent role.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data is updated in the system.

    • Support team efforts to meet deadlines and achieve performance goals.

    • Actively participate in training sessions designed to enhance skills and knowledge.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

     

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

    • Willingness to study and prepare for certification exams within the first two months of employment.

    • Ability to work at multiple office locations as needed.

    • Completion of a personality assessment and compliance with all pre-employment requirements.

    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

    • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry.
