Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team in Stoughton, Massachusetts, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. This role primarily involves handling complex business litigation cases, with occasional support for commercial real estate matters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil litigation and court proceedings, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex business litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic execution.

• Represent clients in superior court and other civil court proceedings.

• Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct legal research and oversee discovery processes to build strong cases.

• Collaborate with clients to provide legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies.

• Handle occasional commercial real estate matters, including contract review and resolution of disputes.

• Maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all casework.

• Engage in negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Stay updated on legal trends and changes that may impact litigation or real estate practices.

• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and case management. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly in complex cases.

• Familiarity with superior court procedures and civil court systems.

• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.

• Proficiency in conducting discovery and managing legal research.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate law and related legal processes.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.
