Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping employee relations strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments, and excels in fostering positive workplace relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations matters and provide resolution recommendations.

• Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with managers to address performance management issues and support employee development.

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.

• Partner with leadership to drive organizational change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices within the HR function.

• Support onboarding and workforce planning activities to meet business needs effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and HR policy.

• Proven expertise in conducting employee relations investigations and resolving workplace issues.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.

• Proficiency in performance management practices and supporting employee growth.

• Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
