Tax Manager – Public Accounting

As the Tax Manager your will:

+ Lead and manage complex tax compliance, planning, and forecasting activities.

+ Review and supervise the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns including corporate, partnership and individual returns.

+ Provide strategic tax advice to clients and identify opportunities for tax minimization.

+ Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for all tax matters.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and policies.

+ Train and mentor junior team members to develop expertise and leadership skills.

Requirements

+ Experience: 8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ CPA or Enrolled Agent strongly preferred.

+ Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements effectively.

+ Proficiency in tax software and tools; strong analytical and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to cultivate strong team and client relationships.
