We are looking for a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with over three years of experience to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling litigation matters and must be licensed to practice law in Arizona. This in-office position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your legal career while contributing to challenging cases.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, ensuring their legal rights are protected.

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.

• Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed briefs to support case strategies.

• Manage discovery processes, including document reviews and depositions.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting arguments and evidence effectively.

• Stay updated on changes in civil litigation laws and apply them to ongoing cases.

• Maintain client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing their concerns.

• Ensure compliance with Arizona State Bar requirements and ethical standards.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona.

• Strong skills in drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.

• Proficiency in managing discovery and deposition processes.

• Excellent analytical and research abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment.
