    Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Port Newark, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of claims data within a manufacturing environment. This position requires a commitment to precision and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input claims data into company systems while adhering to established procedures.

    • Review submitted documentation to verify completeness and correctness before processing.

    • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors found in claims information.

    • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure accessibility and compliance.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions related to claims or data inconsistencies.

    • Uphold strict confidentiality and follow all data security protocols.

    • Perform routine audits of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    • Provide timely updates on data entry progress to relevant stakeholders. Requirements

    • Familiarity with handling claims data in an environment requiring attention to detail.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

    • Proficiency in using data management systems and software.

    • Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.

    • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
