Description

We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our Finance team in Austin, Texas. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategies by overseeing planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in financial modeling, proficient in business intelligence tools like Power BI, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across all departments.

• Collaborate with business units to evaluate performance drivers and promote operational efficiency.

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, with Tableau experience considered an advantage.

• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executives and investors.

• Drive continuous improvement of financial planning processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.

• Conduct M& A analysis, scenario planning, and contribute to ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or similar roles.

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, with additional experience in Tableau being advantageous.

• Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex data clearly.
