Description We are looking for a meticulous and self-driven Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract position offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, managing data efficiently, and working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately into systems to ensure proper tracking of invoices, packages, and volumes.

• Organize and maintain files to streamline record-keeping processes.

• Perform calculations and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage documents.

• Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic storage.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and ensure timely communication.

• Handle tasks requiring 10-key data entry skills with precision.

• Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and task completion.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Perform general administrative duties as needed to support daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in 10-key typing with high accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word for document management.

• Ability to perform basic calculations and ensure accuracy in data.

• Prior experience in email correspondence and customer service.

• Familiarity with scanning and digitizing documents.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to inquiries.
