Description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis, supporting our operations in Burnsville, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment while helping to enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws.

• Manage compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and employees to achieve business goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

• Facilitate communication between departments to promote a cohesive work environment.

• Utilize ADP systems to manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks effectively.

• Address workforce planning needs by analyzing trends and gaps in staffing.

• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to ensure seamless operations. Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the retail industry.

• Strong knowledge of ADP systems and their application in HR processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

• Thorough understanding of compliance requirements and labor laws.

• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.

• Solid background in performance management and coaching.

• Ability to analyze workforce data and recommend actionable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
