Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lowell, Michigan. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work closely with customers to ensure seamless order management and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and take ownership of their responsibilities to achieve first-class customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are verified for completeness and correctness.

• Address and resolve order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies and customer complaints, with efficiency and professionalism.

• Maintain comprehensive records of purchase orders, order confirmations, and other related documentation.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.

• Monitor orders for credits, cancellations, and revisions, ensuring prompt action and resolution.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures outlined in standard operating processes and other relevant documentation.

• Provide courteous and timely service to customers, fostering strong relationships and satisfaction.

• Utilize order management tools and software to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and support organizational goals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field.

• Proficiency in order processing systems and software such as Oracle or similar tools.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on being detail oriented.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
