Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Technician to join a dynamic and detail oriented team in the legal services industry. This is a 100% onsite role located in San Francisco, CA, where you will provide critical IT support to ~70 users, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality and exceptional service delivery.

Set up and onboard equipment (laptops, phones, etc.) for new hires and conduct 30-minute IT orientation sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows 10/11 operating systems Office 365 Suite, Exchange Online, VPN, and OneDrive Printer and network connectivity issues (basic cable tracing and IDF troubleshooting) iOS device enrollment and management via Microsoft Intune Adobe Reader and Document Management Systems (DMS) Handle incoming walk-ins, Teams calls, and phone requests for IT assistance. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation Requirements Qualifications: 4–6+ years of IT deskside support experience in a detail oriented environment. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration, Office 365, and Exchange Online. Hands-on experience with hardware onboarding/offboarding (laptops, mobile devices). Competence in basic network troubleshooting (reconnect switches, trace network cables). Experience with iOS device enrollment/management via tools like Microsoft Intune. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot IT issues diplomatically and efficiently.
