Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Business Systems Analyst to lead and oversee a team of skilled business systems analysts in Westlake, Ohio. This role involves driving strategic initiatives related to software development lifecycles, database management, and payor integrations while fostering collaboration and accountability within the team. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise, ownership, and critical thinking to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business systems analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering growth with attention to detail.

• Oversee the development and implementation of projects within the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Analyze and interpret relational databases, data flows, and stored procedures to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Provide hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedure analysis to support system enhancements.

• Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.

• Drive critical thinking and problem-solving within the team to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.

• Maintain accountability for project outcomes and team performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Foster a culture of ownership, initiative, and adaptability among team members.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration and communication.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.

• Proven expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business requirements documentation.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to read and understand stored procedures.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and data flow processes.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on accountability and ownership.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
