Description We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance, process design, and product development, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure quality standards and streamline manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and validate new processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.

• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical and process design.

• Lead R& D initiatives for new product development and innovation.

• Manage projects effectively by balancing timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

• Apply Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency and quality.

• Oversee automation and process validation to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements in all engineering tasks. Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a regulated industry such as medical devices or laboratories.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is preferred.

• Certification in Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.

• Experience working in cleanroom environments is highly desirable.

• Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
