    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business success. The position involves utilizing a range of reporting and business intelligence tools to analyze, organize, and present data effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Power BI, BusinessObjects, and Smartsheet to support business operations.

    • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.

    • Utilize Microsoft SQL and Erwin Data tools to manage and structure data efficiently.

    • Build and optimize dashboards on platforms like SharePoint and Power Apps to enhance data accessibility and user experience.

    • Automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate and Power Platform.

    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.

    • Provide actionable recommendations based on thorough data analysis to improve business outcomes.

    • Stay updated on emerging data technologies and integrate them into existing systems where appropriate.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects Technologies.

    • Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Smartsheet.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.

    • Familiarity with SharePoint for data reporting and collaboration.

    • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
