    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries

     

    Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts

     

    Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements

     

    Analyze financial data and variances to support decision-making

     

    Prepare and file tax documents, such as sales tax and/or payroll tax

     

    Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

     

    Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives

     

    Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum [2+ years] in accounting-related duties or a similar role.

     

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

     

    Software: Proficiency in [Insert Accounting Software, e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Excel]

     

    Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across teams.
