Boeing Global Services (BGS) U.S. Army/Marine Corps & Special Operations/Missions is seeking a **Project Management Specialist** to lead the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission at our **Fort Walton Beach (FWB), FL** site.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Plans, integrates, and leads programs in support of the Senior PM, SOF programs

+ Maintains active relationships with USG (SOF) and Commercial customers

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes impacting programs

+ Works closely with multiple vertical and horizontal functions to successfully execute programs

+ Establishes budgets, schedules and performance requirements and leads teams in attaining them

+ Applies knowledge of Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 10+ years’ experience and a broad understanding of the SOCOM mission and organization or Air Force or Army Special Operations Maintenance experience

+ Aircraft Maintenance Experience – C-130 platform

+ Knowledge and experience with the Proposal Preparation process (Basis of Estimates (BOE) spreadsheet/e-workbooks)

+ Knowledge and experience with Common Automated Procurement Request System (CAPRS), CMPro Product Lifecycle and Configuration Management Experience (a system/tool used by FWB programs to track/manage all workorders, engineering drawings, documents, etc)

+ Boeing Opportunity, Risk, and Issue System (BORIS) or RIO Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

+ Experience with SOF ground vehicles

+ Working knowledge of the C-130 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual

+ Earned Value Management knowledge and experience

+ FWB Manufacturing Process knowledge and experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $132,600 - $179,400
