    About the job: To perform a wide variety of Speech Therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech and Hearing Science, and Speech Pathology.

    + BLS Certification required.

    + North Carolina state license required.

    + At least one year of speech therapy experience is required.

    + Considerable knowledge of speech and swallowing terminology, procedures, and techniques.

    + Thorough skill and clinical judgement in performing speech therapy procedures, including bedside swallow evaluations and treatment.

    + Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams that aligns with CaroMont’s cultural values.

    + Commitment to providing highly reliable, high-quality, safe and compassionate care with the passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience.
