Description
We are looking for a dedicated Support Desk Technician to join our team in Chanhassen, Minnesota. As part of this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional technical customer service while assisting with daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in the retail industry, engaging with customers and ensuring seamless support. This is an overnight position with hours Sunday-Thursday: 5am-2pm. Training must be onsite in Chanhassen, MN but will have the ability to be remote once training is complete.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues effectively.
• Create and manage service tickets within the system, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed to support team operations.
• Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer profiles and maintaining accurate records.
• Respond to inbound telephone calls professionally, utilizing a multi-line phone system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and provide guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Uphold a high level of problem-solving and communication skills in all interactions.
• Assist with call center operations, supporting customer service initiatives and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documentation and data.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing basic hardware and software issues.
• Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering superior support.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and update profiles efficiently.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
